I've been on Kashi the breakfast pilaf for about four weeks now. Its got seven whole grains plus sesame seeds. Normally, I like meat or eggs for breakfast because cereals usually burn off quickly and leave you hungry with a sugar spike/collapse. This stuff takes a long time to digest so I'm not even hungry at lunch.

I do Griff...I watch Miramax films, like Clerks and Pulp Fiction. Oh, and ESPN.

I'm gonna try and find some Yerba Mate tonight...didn't see it at Acme, but I suspect Super Fresh or Genuardi's will have it.

Actually, I wound up just going to Acme Sunday...Yerba Mate will have to wait until this coming weekend.

If you get the chance, I highly recommend listening to CBC Radio One for some of your war coverage. It's very interesting to hear this war playing out from a Canadian perspective. It doesn't feel as slanted as the American media (though the Canadians seemed to get a few digs in here and there).
