glatt, I don't see why they couldn't just put up some concrete filled pipes. It would be a very low cost solution.

Yea, I think she was charged with a misdemeanor. She could have KILLED someone. And the property destruction was priceless. I thought they should have thrown the book at her. Wasn't she a repeat offender or something? Or am I thinking of someone else?

I was just thinking about this thread for some reason. I forgot to update it that about 2 months ago, they installed bollards. Cars don't drive on the sidewalk any more.
