you know what I'm pissed off about?
ali explaining the mundane about "pompetous"...totally harshes my mellow. I'll never listen to that song the same again. Though, the song remains the same....

My roomie freshman year hated Lionel Ritchie's Stuck on You, citing his non-committal namby pamby use of the word "guess" throughout, like he couldn't be sure.

He was trying to sound "casual"(Lionel Richie). Hey, did you notice his accent in that song, like he's almost a hick? Why in that song only is he trying to be country? It's confusing....

muzak would be a friendship breaker for me as well. I was in a dealership last month and the finance guy had his itunes CRANKING throughout the dealership. Oye como vas? Box of rain, Eminence Front, etc. it was an awesome set, I couldn't believe it was happening.
