Why is it important for you to be there so soon, if there's not (yet) any freight for you to haul?

I have freight going TO Rockford, but I'm betting there won't be any going back OUT for two or three days. Been there, done that.

I happen to know that there's very little freight in that area on weekends.

I'm gonna HATE this weekend!!

I'm sure there's a theatre there, but have you ever tried to park/maneuver a semi in their parking lots?

It's challenging, to say the least. It would be more possible if I didn't have a trailer, but I will. So that's out. I should be in Montgomery, AL Tuesday-ish so maybe there.

I've got several different projects finishing up as I complete the remodeling on my parent's home in Atlanta so we can see it.

Second coat of paint in hallway and stairwell entry area
2 coats of paint on hallway doors and door molding, baseboard and crown molding.
Finish window seat in family room
Patch several spots of hardwood parquee flooring in family room so refinishing floors can begin next week.
Spend some morning time up in the attic before it warms up finishing off electric work, covering junction boxes and putting the insulation batts back in place.
Stain deck if rain stays away.
Remove old worn out slate tile in entry area and prep for new floor.
Install countertop in master bathroom, put sink in and finish plumbing.
Hang new mirror in master bathroom

Yeah, that should about do it.
