I not only caught the fireworks show in Oxnard, I went to the TEA party in Ventura. (California, for anyone who's looking.) Big fun. Some dopes-in-denial raved at us in the letters-to-the-editor about our being sour, grumpy, sore losers of the last general election.

Grumpy is the last word I'd pick for the TEA party. Cheerful faces all around. But the leftist Democrats are all just sure (and said so in print) we must be grumpy and full of rage. I have two things to say to schmucks like these: "We conservatives do not think like you. We think like adults, thank you!" and "I was there; where were you?"

Honestly, when the party I often oppose opens its yap, it's stupidity that comes out. That party relies on the dull-normal and the subadult vote!
