Are we talking rain or a light drizzle? Mist or a hurricane? What's it gonna be?

Glukk... gag me with an absinthe spoon. Not a fan of that song. I think I should listen to some of the better-fidelity bagpipe selections on YouTube to wash the taste out of my ears.

Not, for instance, those couple of YouTubes shot on top of a windy Scottish mountain-peak recorded with the camera's mike and no wind-cover. Difficult to appreciate the playing if the wind effects wreck the sound.

Their fish and chips comes with tartar sauce. TARTAR SAUCE!

I accuse you of heresy most foul.

Everybody knows that malt vinegar is the appropriate condiment, with an honest salt shaker of course.

BigV warned you what would happen and now it has happened. I'm not paying attention to any more of your posts until you at least go to ƒucking ßermuda and get some real fish and chips from a real British son of the Monarch!

Nope, tartar sauce is the correct condiment for a plate of fish & chips.
But by all that's holy - where are the peas!!!

Plated fish is always served with peas. And bread and butter for the traditionalists.

I'm not going to pick the menu apart as not being sufficiently English - I know many of the dishes in "American-style" places here would be unrecognisable to you. So instead I'll just say thanks for the link. It made me smile - and not in a patronising way.
