You'll get one from our Glasgow GTG

More overtures made.

Offer to make Carbonara tonight - accepted.
Was invited to the pub for a lunchtime drink - declined, politely as I have to go into town.
Really I just thought it was far too soon to be sitting face to face, so far we've commuincated by note or across the living room. And I do have to go into town, as I've realised they have the wrong type of cream for the Carbonara! I'm getting cold feet about making an eggs and cream dish for the first time as a big gesture. I'm REALLY tempted now to go and buy some!!!

Still, it looks like the thaw has really come.
Thank goodness.

I don't know if it's true, but Heinlein claimed that the Chinese ideogram for trouble is the symbol for two women under one roof.

Aww SG, you just need to run away with me! I'd introduce to the world of grits, sucking crawdads, and NASCAR!!

In Japanese, I believe (if my high school teacher was correct) that the character for women put together twice means gossip.

If it turns out I've won the lottery I promise to visit you first.
But in reality, I think a dyed-in-the-wool liberal with strong opinions on gun control and capital punishment, with a green bent and a definite liberal slant might be more than you signed on for. As well as not fittong in with your family?

I mean I do have big tits and can give mind-bending blow-jobs, but you strike me as a decent man and that means you need more than that.

Yeah, we're both joking.
But if I do happen to come into money I am certainly coming to the States.
And the other people who made potential plans - come! And again

You know when I wrote that I thought it was funny and light and self-deprecating.
Rereading it this morning it sounds like I am telling Big Sarge to back off quite seriously, before I call the police.

Apologies, Sarge.
I love you dearly.

(The description of me is still true though )

Add a good laugh and a bright smile, and that describes the perfect woman.
