For my mum it's Mum, or Ma - occasionally Mam*.
* not to be confused with Ma'am which is what people call the queen, or other shortened forms of madame - it's more like the Irish mam/mammy and is quite common in a lot of the North of England

I'm dad mostly nowadays as my kids are 27, 25, 23 GASP! Sometimes my oldest son uses my first name when referring to me in the third person. That weirds me out - a lot.
I'm ALWAYS Daddy when my daughter wants something .... and I melt every time.

My kids got to name all of the grandparents because they were the first in the generation. My dad is Pop, her dad is Don. My mom is Nanna, hers is Ganny. Ganny is remarried to Geeky. Nanna to Pappy Dave or just Dave.

A friend and her daughter's mother-in-law, settled who would be Nana and who would be grandma, six months before the first grandchild was born.

I can't even remember when I stopped being Daddy. It was nice, but I prefer Dad. I like it that they are their own people now.

When Amelia was born Jen's mum was called Nanny, I think, and mum was called Granny Babs, because her name is Barbara and her nickname has always been Babs. Amelia mangled that fairly quickly into BamBabs and so she has remained BamBabs ever since. And, because Jen and Martin would always refer to mum as BamBabs with the kids it has kind of stuck and now it's used more generally by the family.
BamBabs

I hate mom/mum (and nor really into mummy either but young kids needs that) so they get to choose -my first name or mummy/mommy
. I will answer to mom. Sometimes. But it had better be good. Beest prefers Dad or Daddy -the boys call him Dad and the girl Daddy. All teenagers. They've always used my first name when calling up into crowds because 75% of the people up there are called Mom. It probably changes when they became teenagers/went to high school -their elementary education was all in one school so no Middle School/Junior High experiences to force the change

If I had children, I'd hope they called me...
...long distance. And not collect, either.

They do call me monster sometimes
but yes, all three syllables. Not the middle name too, though -then I'd know I was in trouble!

My kids call me Mummy when they want something. Sometimes it goes along the lines of "mummy, mummy, MUMMY, MUM!, MUM!!! WHERE ARE YOU???!!!" That's usually when I'm in the toilet or hiding because I have had a bad day.

My kids (29, 27, 25, 23) mostly use Mom and Dad now, but sometimes a son will still say 'Mama' affectionately, and my daughter will use 'Daddy' if she's buttering him up. I don't want them to call me by my first name. I told them the whole world can call me by my first name, but they are the only four people in the world who can call me Mom.
A few of my children's friends (in elementary and high school) called me 'Mama L_____'. That was nice at the time.
