You know, I read that Toshiba and UPS were exploring an arrangement where UPS would get some of their employees trained to do repairs on Toshiba notebooks, so when the notebook was shipped in, it could be fixed at the UPS depot and shipped back out, and eliminate the transit time between the UPS hub & Toshiba, and back.

I'll bet that still carries a 10% markup in service price, though ;-)
