Bit pansy but OK. Side stand and clutch switch on m/bike to allow starting without them.
Chainsaw chain brake. Hmm your a braver man than me. Although if it ever kicked back that much it would probably break my wrist.
Oh and just remebered, the thermal overload on a toaster oven.

The chain brake as manufactured was susceptable to accumulating sawdust after about five minutes and dragging the saw until it stalled. I've had a useful saw for many years since but I'm hoping the next generation brake is functional.

I don't know, but those chainsaw chaps and gloves etc seem pretty awesome. They are suppose to stop a saw chain dead in its tracks as soon as the chain touches them. Granted, they are sacrificial, but the cost of a new pair of chaps over reconstructive surgery is nil.

A friend of mine got one of those table saws with the skin sensing brake. It ruins your blade and the brake, but won't even break the skin. Alos pretty amazing.

Horror nothing! that sounds like a mower worth owning. It also sounds like it is right out of Frankenhooker.

Those brakes are way cool. I saw a demonstration with a hotdog somewhere, not even a nick.

Those brakes look good in the video but I wonder what happens if you're moving fast. You know, not sawing, just reaching. The other thing is getting complacent because of the feature that is supposed to work but we all know nothing works all the time.
Just think how many blades you'd destroy showing your buddies.
