Someone said early on in this thread that the average age here at The Cellar seems to be higher than many 'Net fora, and I think that's true. At least for me, since I tend to spend so much of my time on piercing and bodymod-related sites, where the average age sometimes seems to get stuck at around 14, it's quite refreshing.

For this old gal, anyway.

American movie joke--there's a long series of slasher films called "Friday the 13th" where teens get slaughtered at that camp (later movies moved to different locations so the idea never got stale )

Oh right I can see it now, even if I didn't watch the movies I recall the genre. Sorry LumberJim but it did make me wonder!

I was born in Savannah, and lived there for 30 years. Now I rarely visit. When I was a kid I squirriel hunted where the Oglethorpe Mall is now.

Just seen this thread has been running for about a year and a half - guess we'd all better update our info....

Wow, I'm reluctant to bring down the average. 24.

It's good to see a mix of ages. I tried posting in a forum with a high general intelligence but a low age. It was an absolutely infuriating mix of well reasoned arguments, sophomoric ideology, and absolute conviction to unreasonable statements.

I might not agree with everyone here, but at least you've been thinking stuff through for a few years. (;

Glad to be here,
Joe

With 3356 members, and guessing an average age of 35...everyone on this forum is 117,460 years old.

And screw-ups. And screws. I wonder how many total minutes of sex has been had by cellar dwellars.

Huh. I'd say we have that in spades
