Everything except sex in moderation.

I walk on my walker or cane when I can. Twenty or thirty feet to ten yards. Then a couple of days to recover.

Ummmmm, anyone got any good exercises that will beef up my chest? If there's one thing I've never had, it's pectorals. My limbs are pretty toned, I have been neglecting my abs sadly (which I have to work out until it hurts to get up in the morning) but whatever workouts I do I can never improve my chest much. All you barrel chests dudes out there, how ya do it?
