lol my dad loves RC cola. I grew up watching him drink that stuff. I don't know if that was a Nebraska thing or an Oregon thing because I never knew where the taste for that came from. bleh


oh and I like real sugar too.

Both Coke and RC Cola were invented in Georgia. RC Cola came along as a competitor of Coke some years later (early 1900s). How it ended up in Nebraska or Oregon is a mystery to me.

I used to like Coke, but since the mid-90s, I prefer Pepsi. Overall, I prefer Dr Pepper, though.

Anyone had the "new" Pepsi and Mt Dew with sugar instead of HFCS? I like the Pepsi one, but not the Mt Dew.

Some of the Latino and specialty grocery stores here sell certain varieties of imported soda that contain sugar...usually Pepsi or Coke. There's also Dublin Dr Pepper, which is made by a bottler down in Texas that still uses sugar.
