I'm in love! that is one beautiful place, jim.
I soooooooo dig houses that have character. I'd take that one over one of those hideous McMansions anyday of the week. Like an English muffin-nooks and crannies! and the office-who cares at the size-look at those windows!! the other people live upstairs???? do they have a private entrance?

Those last are the ones taken for the mls listing.
Ill get more once I'm in. maybe a quick video tour. Yes, BRI, only one other tenant, and she has an entrance in back. The kitchen counters are sagging and gross, the stove is an old gas range, and the fridge is kind of funky. I'll replace that eventually. The LL is fine with me improving things. I can see being comfortable there.
