The picture Leus made still doesn't match the original ad which has 3 horizontal bands (plackets?) on the front, like the chair.

It's now been an entire business week with no reply.

Perhaps the one person who's designated to handle complaints of this sort is out on vacation this week.

Update: finally called costco directly, they agree that the web site is misleading, and they're going to contact the manufacturer and see what can be done.
