mmm...a big, fat bratz swimming in grease, wrapped in bacon and served with melted cheese and chili sauce on a butter-soaked pretzel roll is a heart attack on a plate, too.

the hospital I used to work for routinely served that to the third shift employees.

Hands down.
Krispy Kreme regular glazed, hot of the line. If I can't get those, cruellars are fine. Did I spell that right? Couldn't find the empty bag in the garbage. heehee......
