Had to jump in quickly on James post. Lot of ethnicities working in the small working class city that is Utica, NY. FYI James, check out the little Italian bakery. Oriskaney by John St. East side of town. If I remember right.

There was a place called "Breads of Italy" across from where Jinx used to work. They had seeded Semolina rolls. It would shred your soft pallete, ......with crunchy goodness.

I had my first Quiznos brisket Friday. Not bad for 10 flappin bucks.
It's across the street from Walmart, and I'm out of bigbox and back home before they open. About 20 miles away. Maybe with a coupon I'd go back.
