Both stolen pics. I don't have many old pictures for some reason. First car was a '66 Chevy Biscayne. Favorite was a '72 Datsun 1200.

First car was a maroon 1974 Buick Lesabre - I called it my highway tank, because whenever I pulled up behind someone on the Borman, they usually moved over.

Second car was a gray 1976 Toyota Corona wagon. It was my first stick and I loved it. Also, the back came in handy one summer night...

Third car was a mustard 1980 Datsun 210 - manual. I purchased it for $800 and it lasted me through my last 2 years at Purdue. By the time I graduated, I'm pretty sure it was only running on two cylinders .

Fourth car was a blue 1984(?) Dodge Colt hatchback. Another stick, which I still loved. However, it was because it was a manual, that I almost killed myself. Long story. Sooooo, my next car was an automatic...

A 1994 Nissan Sentra 2dr with a spoiler. (Yes, it looked really funny on this car, but what did I know) This was my favorite car, because it was my first brand new car.

Now I drive a 2006 Dodge Stratus 4dr. I like it because its more roomy than the Sentra. Its nicer for longer trips.

This stolen image represents my 1st car, and my sentimental favorite. Except it wasn't a GTI, just a plain old 1984 (silver) Rabbit. I loved that thing. Finally got rid of it in 1997 when I bought a 92 Golf from my parents. Liked it, but not as much.

Now I drive this, which I also like, but I don't *love* it. Two years in and I'm already fantasizing about my next car, which I think will have to be something taller.

Mine also has a roof rack and running boards, which makes it look a little bit cooler. And also distinguishes it from the other umptyzillion Glacier Blue CR-Vs out there.

Cool. My 1984 silver rabbit was a gti. Had different wheels and a red interior.

At 14, my dad told me I could have the z if I restored it by the time i was 16

it rusted out from under itself, was full of bee hives, and I had no idea how to work on a car. I DID get it running and took a couple trips around the development before my mom sold it for $150 for parts.

that was a cool car.

when i turned 16, I inherited my dad's 1979 rabbit

then the drain plug fell out and the motor seized on the turnpike, so I got my sister's 66 mustang that she left behind when she ran away to SD with a one armed Biker
(hated this car)

I drove this for a winter, then fried the 3 speed tranny, and sold it for $750 from where it broke down.

My mom got a new car, and I got her 81 diesel rabbit

i had that for a couple years...it was unkillable

then i got a suzuki GS 850

then an 83 rabbit which i hated, then jinx's dad got me us an olds omega for $50 that was even worse ( had to keep it revved at lights...) can't find a picture that looks like it

It's snowing and sleeting *again*, and all I can think of is wanting to be able to get back on my bike. Sigh.
