Damn, that was close. I missed playoffs by one point. Good job, Sycamore.

I don't know what I missed, but the playoff schedule has glatt playing sycamore.

oh, here it is. the tie breaker for the wild card spot is different than the division leader tie breaker. weird.

Quote:
If there is a tie for a Wildcard spot, the following tie-breakers will be used:
  1. YTD Points Scored
  2. YTD Points Against
If there is a tie for a division lead, the following tie-breakers will be used.
  1. Division Record
  2. YTD Points Scored

oh! and it's pete, not zippeh! man..I was AFU. I resign as commentator. I'm obvious not qualified to hold the position.

the actual playoff schedule:

Southside Sycamores vs The Glattmen

Rainbow Ponies vs The Dirty Hippies

Well, thanks for posting this, because I was going to ignore my bookmarked NFL page from now on. I guess not yet.

It was a Monday Night Miracle...Deangelo Williams had a monster game, and I beat Glatt by one point. Total luck...don't know if I'll be so lucky next week. But I did win my second divisional championship in a row...whoohoo!

It's all going to come down to Westbrook tonight. He's been very inconsistent this season. If he has a typical lame game, then Syc will win. If he continues his more recent (2 game) trend, I'm going to win. His knee is still injured, and there is no way his broken rib has healed yet, but I think he can do it. I need him to get 13 points tonight. I predict 28 points from him.

you'll need another to keep that 12 point lead against glatt and B Westbrook tonight.

Jinx will need a triple miracle to get 41 points out of the Eagles Defense......

Looks like it will probably be glatt vs. Pete in the Super Bowl. I'd have like to see jinx get in, but it's pretty cool that 2 rookies made it.

Hey Jinx. You really put up a good fight. Before the late game Sunday you had three players left and needed more than 20 points each. Everyone but Barber pulled that off.

OK Syc - How about a music wager? I win, you send me a CD from your CD collection. You win, I'll send you one of mine.

Bring on the steel cage, Ponies are out for revenge.

Wow, only 6 points. Oh, well. Good job, syc.

Congratulations to South Side and to the Ponies. Have fun storming the castle.

I had argued that Barber was a better start, because of the comments Jerry Jones made about being surprised that he didn't play last week. jinx still wanted to put T. Choice in in his spot, but the moment passed, and she forgot to go in and make the change.

Hi, my name is jim, and I'm a fantasy football mush.

rainbow's team is certainly a suprise to me in the final

Quote:
Southside Sycamore's team is not only the team to beat in the division, it should be the favorite going into the playffs
no suprise there though, you could have won it last year too.

this nfl fantasy thing would be a lot better if it was a live draft, not a pre-ranking deal

good luck to both of you

It's a nail biter!

I was warned not to play Warner but I couldn't bear to play Collins against the Steelers. Will it cost the Ponies?
