And SG, I too am considered obese, and I know how hard it is to work to make your body better. Unfortunately I still haven't found the time or energy to do it myself. But I hope that your continued progress will finally motivate me to do something about my body. I for one am very proud of you, and hope you keep it up. Might I also say that over time I have occasionally peered across Case's shoulder and I have seen equally impressive pictures that would indicate Red is also a lucky man.

Without question, I am also very lucky because although she doesn't post them, I get to see Case every day!
