Thanks Gravdigr. I''m feeling all headachy and generally grumpy and antisocial and this is HILARIOUS. A nice end to the workday (I am worklurking).

You know how somebody's taking a picture and someone, or something, sneaks in? This is Photobomb, and it's another big and very hilarious hit for the Cheezburger Network.

No...I try not to over-engineer something that isn't work related.

What would be the benefits of that, and how do I do that? #1 question: is there a good FREE one?

RSS is a great way to keep up with websites that update regularly. Google Reader is probably the best of the lot. Of course it's free. Wherever you see "RSS" on a website, you can copy the link address and paste it into the subscription box in Google Reader. Then, Reader will show you everything new on that site. Sometimes you don't even have to leave Reader. You don't have to visit Achewood every day; you just have to visit it when it's actually updated. Reader will know instantly. I use it for a lot of things. For example, on craigslist, you can set up an RSS feed for a search term. So if you're searching the cars+trucks section for "1997 Frontier", every time you open Reader it will bold that item and show you all the 1997 Frontiers for sale. (I am not actually searching for a 1997 Frontier. That was just an example.) |
