thanks...
kind of stalled on the weight loss, probably gained a few back since I stopped going to the gym, and started drinking more than 1 beer per week.... I'll get back on it. but I lost 57 lbs in 80 days, and my ass got baggy on me. literally. yuk giving my skin time to catch up... yeah..that's my story... hopefully if I just keep up doing pushups and crunches and planks every other day and walking/sprinting as much as I have time for....I'll not lose too much ground by spring. I need to lose another 40 lbs probably, but there's no hurry.

several weeks ago, before my birthday
I am embarrassed about my futon in the background. I use one because, my cats seem to like to shred my furniture, otherwise. My snob side everyone should have a proper couch. |
