I agree totally rkz although in my very humble opinion, I don't think there's a place in the world where religion doesn't play a huge part in the definition of the society that surrounds it.

True... which is why our founding fathers made sure to set government aside from it. It needs to insulated from one segment of society over another.
Especially one that thinks they have the sickness of the illusion of moral superiority over others.

There'll always be those elements in society. Moderating them is a good idea though.
