Yeah, and why is the slimeball sliding on this again? From what you've said, it's pretty clear cut. Nail his pansy balls to some wall where everyone can see what a limp dick he really is. You owe him NOTHING!

I called the head of special student services, told her the cut and dry version (I"ve not made a fuss, i've got straight A's, I've got cancer and he's asked me to leave as I am 'effecting' his teaching) and she was like WHAT? she said she would not mention any names but would get with somebody or other (I can't keep all these people straight) and see what was exactly what. I did cheat a little. I told her, "You know, he's told me I'm one of his favorite students," and she said, (knowingly) "he may have some issues here." I don't want to nail him--I want him to admit to what is going ON. IF it's my cancer, I own the college. If it's personal, I'll let it go.

SO glad to hear it, Bri.

And yes, I'm harsh about nailing him...you are taking a much calmer and better approach...and you're right, he just needs to be accountable about his real reasons.

It's your choice, to let it go or not. But, don't let him screw your record or finances, in any case.

Uh uh. If it's personal, it's still his problem. You are not responsible for his desires no matter what kind of flirt you may be when well. If he can't separate his feelings for you as a woman and his feelings for you as a student then that is deeply unprofessional of him. Besides, if it's just 'personal' why would it only come up when you are dealing with this problem?

Good point Dana - I agree 100% - Whether this is personal or your cancer - Its not YOUR problem - its his!

Call a lawyer today. Well, tomorrow, when they're awake.

If this guy is seriously having a problem with your condition, he's a poor excuse for a human being, let alone a professor.

FFS nail the bastard to the wall. You're a strong person. Imagine what he gets away with with weaker people. He's probably worried that you'll flunk the course and bring his pass rate down, or something equally loathsome.

Brianna,

What is his name. What is the name of the institution. What class.
