Remember The Titans -- ABC Family Channel

Excellent film. At the first commercial break, I decided to find our copy of the movie and watch it without the commercials. Great idea, miserable execution. The disc was nowhere to be found. Twenty minutes later I gave up. The movie was still well worth it, commercials and all. That little girl, asst coach Yoast the younger, she steals the show.

Jesus. Never watch it.
I remembered a few images (haven't thought of them since I was like 5/6 years old), but man, if I'd remembered more, I'd not have bothered.
Think Road Warrior, dipped in corrosive acid for the sake of glittery 80's children.

I blame the skimpy outfit of that desert-dweller covered in virtual ants for my homosexuality (that and The Dark Crystal, and the Thundercats, and Huckleberry Hound).
I'm actually 30% serious.

Apparently, I had that wrong. If KR goes to series, it'll be this fall

Grindhouse.

Meh. I'm too young to be nostalgic for Quentin's childhood cinema experience. As always, some beautiful filmmaking in there, but it didn't really come together for me.
