Here's your trivia question:
What's the worst song of all time?

I don't know that one. Maybe it really is the worst.

The answer I was looking for is Starship's - We Built This City.

"We built this city on rock and roll..." but the song contains no rock and roll (???)

That's horrible, for all kinds of reasons, but "My Humps" is roughly 6.8 times worse.

I'm partial to "Unskinny Bop" for worst song. To make a point in high school, I refused to enter any establishment that was playing it on the PA. I spent a lot of time in the mall not going into stores. I still have never heard it the whole way through. It doesn't cause actual anger anymore, but if I see the video, I grind my teeth a little.

I was going through a bit of a "I'm only a fan of Zep and old Genesis" stage. I still listened to hair bands, but they had to be obscurish.

I'll nominate "unskinny" as the worst all-around word ever devised.

'Terry' by Twinkle has to be the worst ever.....

He said to me he wanted to be near to me
He said he never wanted to be out of my sight
But it's too late to give this boy my love tonight
Please wait at the gate of heaven for me, Terry.

He said to me he wanted to be close by my side
We had a quarrel, I was untrue on the night he died
And it's too late to tell this boy how great was
Please wait at the gate of heaven for me, Terry.

He rode into the night, accelerated his motorbike
I cried to him in fright, don't do it, don't do it, don.t do it.
