Time did a story on this. Summary: Lions snatch cape buffalo calf from herd and drag it to water's edge, scattering the rest of the herd. A brief tug of war with a crocodile ensues. Lions win tug of war, drag the calf away from the water, and get stomped on by herd who return to rumble. I had heard cape buffalo were tough, but this was pretty cool. This is probably why you don't find cape buffalo burgers at McDonalds.

Hmm forgot to add any explanation to this. It's from "Britain's Got Talent" and I laughed so hard I woke the kids. I won't say anymore because it will spoil it.
