			I don't think an avatar would take away from someone using words to express their individuality here.  But again, that's just my opinion.  The consensus seems to be no avatars, so it's really a moot point.

			If you are really clever/bored, you can use text art in your Location to create an avatar.... maybe? I had one on my old forum. I've grown used to not having one. I kinda like it now. Fortunately the posters I generally ignore have easily recognisable names.

			I think the flags in my signature are very subtle and I see nothing wrong with them.  I can't believe there is so much fuss over a few little flags.  I even got a PM about them.  Well, they're staying now for sure.
