I feel: remarkably better.
My joint stiffness/achiness is gone. My GI complaints - gone. No bloating, no gas, no gallbladder pain. Nothing. No afternoon death cycle fatigue. Sleeping better. Skin looks freaking awesome. I feel way too good to go back to sugar. I think I'm really allergic to sugar and flour. I feel so much BETTER.
