I can pull out a number or Holistic health books on Herbs for you honey if you so require.

I have a solution for the step 2 that seems to be acceptable... cut water to 8 oz as Flint suggested, but do not include the ginger... rather make tea out of it with the 8oz missing from step 2.

Also... pleased to report... I'm down another 3 lbs. So thats 7 total. From 189lbs to 181 lbs. Still a LONG way to go before I'm in the approval zone for the breast reduction. If only I could grow taller... I'd look pretty damn good if I was Flint's height and not the munchkin that I am.

We forgot to take pictures yesterday... but I'll ask my mom to take them... she will be here for lunch with the kids today.

Wait... 8lbs lost... my math apparently is diminishing too.

Had a hard time resisting the kid's breakfast today... but in the end I didn't tast a bit of it... yay me.

Mom didn't come over today and don't trust kids with a camera so will need to hand Flint the camera as he walks in the door so I don't get side tracked and forget.

Congratulations on your weight loss and just simply, doing something about your weight problem!! I totally understand about restricting food intake. Why do you think I went on Atkins? :p

I agree with Dana about your ex. He sounds like a total a$$hole. 110lbs is not heavy at all for a 5'1" person. Heck, I wouldn't even call you chunky then. You just weren't super thin like a model, that's all. Trust me, I know what I'm talking about. I'm extremely petite myself.

I don't mean this to be offensive in any way, but when you say you're 5'1" and 181 lbs., I thought you'd be rather round. However, you don't look bad at all! You don't look as big as I thought you'd be. You know what they say about pictures adding 10lbs on a person? Well, take 10lbs off, and I think you look good.

Well, good luck on your diet. I think it's wonderful that Flint's doing it with you. Don't ever give up, think of the weight that has come off, will come off, and how wonderful you'll look and feel.

I think part of what helps me not look as heavy as I am is the size of my boobs... I where a 36 I... yes I... that is not a typo.

That and I have bones like a bird...

I'm thinking I'm going to order a pair of MBTs... I was considering the Sketchers Shape ups, but after researching I think I want to go ahead and get the MBTs. I'm trying to find a good deal.. but my 1 yr old keeps grabbing my arms away from the keyboard.... and the best deals look suspiciously like fake sites...

I had to read that a couple, well, okay, 3-4 times before realizing the "I" is a size and not a pronoun. Wow! Didn't realize cup sizes go up that high. :p

Never heard of MBT. How are they better than the rest of those exercise shoes, such as FlipFlop, Skechers Shape Ups, etc? And why the heck are they so expensive?!!? I'm asking for my sister cuz she wants to get one, and she's size 5, which is hard to shop for in these kinds of shoes.

ohhh they do... me and Dolly... we should shop at the same store. Thanks for the kind words by the way... Flint is always telling me I'm hot and look like a goddess... of course the goddess that comes to my mind is the Venus of Villendorff

MBT stands for Masai Barefoot Technology... here is the link
http://us.mbt.com/

The MBT brand was the origional I believe and from the reviews while similar to the Sketchers version they are squisher on the bottom and require more participation on your part to maintain balance. It is possible to find them on sale for the same price or just a bit more than the Sketchers. Fit Flops I haven't looked into yet. From what I can tell most folks seem pretty happy with all of them... so its more a matter of what feels right on your foot... and your wallet. I'm going to go try some of each on hopefully tomorrow and can make a better decision then. I'll try the fit flops out too... I pretty much live in flip flops so thats a pretty good idea.
