Two New Additions to my Household
I have just adopted two 1 year old neutered male Singapuras. They both come from the same breeder and are related somewhere along the line.
I brought them home Friday night and we are beginning to settle down together. They are incredibly active, fast and inquisitive. In fact it's difficult to get the toys out of the box before they're on them! Diz - first pic, with rounded head and large eyes - hasn't fully engaged with me yet. He spends most of his non play time curled up under my dining room table, where I set up a den with a faux fur throw, cardboard box and storage heater. He does allow me to stroke him, but cries every night at about 22.00. Am hoping we will get to know eachother better. Dylan - second pic, pointy ears and face - seems happy to be with me already. He spends non play time on my lap if I'm watching tv or reading, and on my shoulder if I'm moving about. He will also play fetch 7 times out of 10 with a catnip mouse. Am waiting for my cat tree to arrive and I should be able to get some better shots then.

Another close up, and one to show the body shape.

Adorable kitties, Sundae! May you have many hours of napping and chasing string together! Cats are so great-and you've got two handsome boys there. Really beautiful faces on those two.

Sundae, your kitties are beautiful! I've never seen that breed before.
I'm sure Diz will adjust. His crying is because he is in a new place, just talk to him and reassure him when you hear him cry. Maybe you could try hand feeding chicken pieces to him to 'win him over'? Cooked chicken in cream of chicken soup always works for me with the rescued ferals. I also like the pic of Shadow...Shadow looks like my Inky. We have a long-haired Shadow here at home, I call her Sombra del Gato...

Bosco, a couple of years ago. He still looks about the same, except his kitten-sized head and body have caught up to his cat-sized ears.
