Remember how to eat an elephant; one bite at a time.

That's the same way to eat a couple cases of Wheaties.

Have you replenished the shelf? My hunter/gatherer synapses are going haywire

Only partially. No amazing sale, so just doing it like a sane person these days. I think there might be 4-5 boxes down there.

Do you have Wheaties every single day for breakfast?

Almost every day. I'd guess I have Wheaties 360 days a year. I like the familiarity of it in my morning routine. Yesterday, I had pancakes and sausage and an orange, and it didn't kill me.

It seems that lately there are so many dwellars oppressed by natural causes, there aren't any dwellars around oppressed by man made causes. Know what I mean Vern?

I might have been born with a more pronounced sensitivity to those around me and brought up by an abusive, belittling father, but it wasn't until I started working for the Real Man (corporate muthafkkers) that the PTSD kicked in.

I was sheltered and naive; but I don't think any suburban girl is ready for what the Real World dishes out--not unless she has unusually Present parents who make sure she understands the world. My folks were not present in my life except to demonstrate NO BOUNDARIES (mom) or the state of being a POW (dad). I always wondered why she married him. He's so...Aspbergers-y. So clueless. Not the type of dad you go to the Father Daughter dance.

I don't know why I just blurted all that out. I must be low on Sarah Tonin this morning...
