Well, I eat food anyway so no extra money needed there.

I have been a member of that gym for a while anyway, I just havn't got the results I wanted so no extra money there.

The book only cost £7.99. Hardly breaks the bank.

Anyway, the question I asked is "Has anybody else heard of (or tried) this plan?" But all I got was your negativity.

I'd never heard of that one, when was it published? Is it a UK author?

It came out in the states before being released in the UK
