Left over beef tamale pie. So good, but I need to get a different Chili Powder so it isn't too hot again. Thank goodness for greek yogurt to cool it down

Just can't eat at the moment.
May get something while the supermarkets are open, just because everything shuts after 16.00 and I might change my mind!

It might just be a bar of choc though. Something to keep my blood sugar up while I throw off this lassitude. Or maybe it really is a physical illness...? Hard to tell when I'm well capable of worrying myself literally sick
