Yes it is, even with the sub-freezing weather and no clean undies.

The good news is, I've got plenty of food, cigs, weed, and booze, so I don't have to leave the house for at least two days (snow should be gone by then).

What better excuse to run around the house nekkid?

Ya know the difference between naked and nekkid, don't ya?

Naked = ya ain't got no clothes on;

Nekkid = ya ain't got no clothes on and yer up to something.

I received a gift from China that had this really small warranty card, with fuzzy printing and even fuzzier grammar, attached.
After reading it eleventy-nine times I think it says give us your email so we can spam the hell out of you.
Then if you have a problem with this item just buy another one and we'll give you some sort of coupon for something or other.

Customer: "When will my car be done?"

Mechanic: "It'll be done Friday."

Customer, walking away: "Okay."

Mechanic, under his breath: "Not this Friday. Some Friday. Sometime."

I’ve got too much to do before final departure on Saturday but have been felled by an asthma attack but have been given the good drugs that, when they kick in, make you feel superhuman by the kind doc.
Will they kick in in time

Carefully crafted concrete split second plans are just suggestions.

You've got to appreciate the irony of sending a tiny, hard-to-read card with the purchase of a magnifier...

Skydiving: It's not a race. The guy that gets to the ground first does not always win.

My enthusiasm for this stage of the project is flagging. Perhaps some breakfast will help.

The rain has been incessant today and it's still raining now.
It's just after 2300 and the wind is starting to howl.
The conifer in the bank of the stream at the bottom of the garden is no doubt swaying back and forth.
It's about 50' tall and doesn't seem to be very deep rooted.
Equally worrying is the row of Ash and Sycamore trees on the opposite bank.
They must be about 70' tall and they're fully in leaf so susceptible to damage in high winds.
If any of these were to fall they wouldn't reach the house but clearing up the resultant mess would be a real pain in the fundament.
Still, there's nothing I can do about it...

Goodnight all.

Thanks!

I've just shone a torch down the back garden and nothing has fallen over...
