As per usual for this time of the day, it's a mug of tea.
I'm at one end of the house and Dad (also with cuppa) is at the other, watching the birds from his seat in the conservatory.

I filled up the feeders a little while ago which has attracted the attention of the local squirrels.
Every minute or two Dad invites them 'to leave the premises' in a tone and volume that would scare off a Brontosaurus.

I'd have people over, escort them into the conservatory.

And ask "What is a 'conservatory'?"

And when they told me it's a greenhouse, I'd throw a geranium at them.

This talk of conservatories reminds me that I need to go see what's going on in my greenhouse. The weather has been on and off snow for a few weeks, but today (and going forward) we're going to have 50+ degree weather (YAY!). Time to see what my overwintered plants are doing in there.
