Every once in awhile I come across one of theses Civil War pictures, and every time I do it surprises me. For some reason I can't get my head around the Civil War and photography, even though I've seen hundreds of them.

Most people do, but that letter only works from the top down. If you're at the bottom, or even the middle of an organization, that letter would tag you as not being a team player, trouble maker, and kill your career.
