Thor speaks!

A couple of days ago a bad thuderstorm rolled through Houston. As it passed it brought a partial but colorful double rainbow:

I even got the neighbor kids to join in the fun:

Soon though, the sky turned weird, and ominous:

It was cool, though. It looks a bit like a nuclear bomb test:

i'm next door to nbn and my living room has one wall that is all sliding glass windows that overlook the street. only one on the block like that. also my kitchen looks out to the street too. but yeah, a lot of the houses are "sealed" up.
