I know I've mentioned it elsewhere, but I moved here in January, long (well, not that long I guess) before I found the Cellar. My dad is among the first like, five US military personnel assigned to American Institute in Taiwan (the embassy-in-everything-but-name).

Hahaha, while I was in Thailand a couple months ago, me and some of the dudes I was with were actually offered some ganja. We couldnt, though...

Taiwan, on the other hand, has a death penalty in place for all drug dealing (and having anything more than like, one joint is considered dealing).
