The square-triangle theorem states that any nonnegative integer can be represented as the sum of a square, an even square, and a triangular number.

Say, you people are clever (which we knew already). I think Brianna and SteveDallas are on the money, especially Steve. I had a whole bunch more clues lined up to trickle out bit by bit. Oh well.

If you're still confused, here's the full explanation:

I'm 36.

6 x 6 = 36, hence it is a square number.

It is also a triangular number:
