Vidalia Onion Relish

I don't do a lot of product endorsements, but I love this stuff. It's relish made from tiny chunks of vidalia onions (like pickle relish). The only ingredients are vidalia onions (97%), water, vinegar, and sugar. I've only been able to get it in the large jar at BJ's, which costs about $7.

It's the greatest thing in condiments since hot pepper rings.

Do I even have to ask what side of the Mason-Dixon side you hail from?

For me, it's great on a Hebrew National hot dog on a Potato Roll.

Yankees, go figure.

You're killing me. I haven't stopped for a decent bowl of black eyed peas in ages.

In Georgia, all the 7-11's have Vidalia onion relish in the fixins bar to put on the hot dogs. Good stuff.

Those hot pepper rings they use up North aren't bad ("hot" is kind of a misnomer) but they have wayy too many stems in them. Every time I'd order a Philly cheesesteak, I'd ask for extra hot peppers (still couldn't get it hot enough) but then I'd have to spend a minute or two pickin' the stems out first. Good sandwich, tho - the grilled onions just make that sandwich.
