Awww....I'm so sorry, Bro. Maybe you can do Insanity now.
 Hihi....Insanity has a lot of exercises that's on your hands and knees and such. Not sure how that would affect your injury. Hope you can find some fun cardio to do. Well, I'm just saying it but I don't really do anything fun either.
