We have had Vonage for about 18 months, nothing to complain about. We have the basic service, 500 minutes etc. and not unlimited. We never go over the minutes, extra charge is 4c a min I think, Calls to the UK 4c a min also.

Of course it's VOIP so if you lose your internet

, you phone goes out too, but them comcast who we had before wasnt VOIP so that wasn't a change.
