top five pct STILL WILL PAY 60% of taxes.
middle clas will get tax break so... less revenue leave out deductions for now, cutting taxes, NOT rates, cutting taxes "they will still pay 60% of the taxes" and "middle income will pay less taxes" equals less taxes. Now what happens to the deficit?
