Sleep

I woke up this morning at 8:54 am. My class was at 9. I freaked out, jumped out of bed, cursed myself for turning off both my alarms at 8 and 8:11 and went back to sleep. Now I put on a shirt, grabbed my shit and speed walked to the bus stop, to arrive just under 20 minutes late to class.

Last semester I got 8 hours of sleep every week night. 2am-10am. I had an 11am everyday during the week. This week I have 2 8ams, 2 9ams and a 10am and am used to turning in much later than what I should to get 8 hours of sleep. Anyone have sleep scheduling advice? Not only do I struggle to stay awake in nearly every class but I'm never tired late at nite which perpetuates this unhealthy sleep cycle. Old farts, how did you guys do it way back when.
