hey, cheer up, archer, the shirts are almost done!........
take a step back. you're alive and breathin. you're gonna be fine. the pendulum will swing back the other way soon enough. Learn whatever this teaches you well, so it doesn;t happen again, and get back in the game. if that doesn;t work, might i suggest  ?
