That voting was on a Diebold, ES&S or ExpressVoteXL electronic machine. We know this is expected from all electronic voting machines as was discussed here extensively many years ago.
Because it is high tech, then it must be better Decisions made by people who are trained to be management only using emotions. Their machines were so defective as to only record 164 votes out of 55,000 cast for a judge in a county where touch screen (easily subverted) voting machines were used. A Pennsylvania County’s Election Day Nightmare Underscores Voting Machine Concerns So we blame voters.
