He resigned from the boards of Microsoft (after 45 years) and Berkshire Hathaway. He's got 103 million share of Microsoft, a couple Billion dollars worth of Apple, plus UPS, Fedex, Waste Management, Coke, Caterpillar, and a bunch of other stock to make sure he has groceries. He and Melinda are working full time spending their(and others) money making the world better for millions of people. They've been heavily involved with health systems around the world for years and know their shit.
