March 24th, 2020 : Water Babies
One of the greatest gifts you can give your kid is teaching them to swim. If you can't find someone who can.
They don't have to be marathon capable but it may help someday. The most important thing is to not panic in the water, and keep the breathing end up, so start 'em young.    link link
