Side-docked toolbars own.

Actually, I think I would ideally like to have my Start button at the top-left, but have my applications remain along the bottom. I think it's just a matter of how I think and work. The start button works better for me at the top-left. One could also make the argument that there is more real estate horizontally than vertically, thus a side-docked toolbar on either side is less intrusive. But when you're running at anything above 1024x768 it's kind of a moot point.
